Recognizing an increasing demand for powersports parts and
accessories in his outdoor power equipment shop in Philadelphia, MS,
Michael Vaughn began the process of developing a selection of parts
and accessories for his customer’s powersports products in 2000.
Originally, Michael attempted to attract traditional powersports
parts vendors to his store, but quickly, he discovered that these
vendors had little interest in expanding their business beyond
franchised powersports shops. Through attending trade shows and
communicating with similar outdoor power equipment operations in his
area, Michael realized the large demand for a complete line of
Powersports Parts & Accessories to be offered to non-traditional
powersports parts customers.
In late 2000, Michael and his family began the process of creating
N2 Performance Replacement Parts, a full line of ATV parts and
accessories, to be offered through their family's parts
distributorship, NHC Distributing. After over two years of research,
N2 Performance Replacement Parts introduced its first catalog in
late 2002. The vastness of the product offering, quality of the
parts selection, and the easy reference nature of the catalog made
N2 an immediate regional success. Customers came to count on N2 for
the quality of their parts made by such respected vendors as K&N,
Emgo, Vesrah, Yuasa, and Regina.
In 2004 N2 Performance Replacement Parts formed N2, L.L.C. and
launched their line nationally under the name N2 ATV Parts &
Accessories. With a distributor network covering the United States,
the quality, performance, and value of N2 ATV Parts & Accessories is
